Phytomem One Review (2026): Ingredients, Benefits, Price and Our Verdict

Phytomem One is a 10-ingredient memory supplement sold through ClickBank, built around recent research on microplastics and brain insulin. I read the sales page, the refund policy and every study the company cites, then looked up the research on each ingredient. Short version: one of the better-built memory formulas sold online right now, and an easy one to try thanks to a 60-day refund.

Verdict: A well-built memory formula and an easy one to try: saffron with human trials behind it, smart blood sugar support, one tablet a day and a 60-day refund through ClickBank. It won't treat memory loss, and anyone on blood sugar or blood-thinning medication should check with a doctor first. For most buyers, the 3-bottle pack is the best way to start.

What Phytomem One is

Phytomem One is a dietary supplement sold for memory, focus and mental clarity. Each bottle holds 30 tablets, and the directions are one tablet a day with food. The company calls it a "10-in-1 neuro-essential formula" and says it is non-GMO, stimulant-free and made from natural ingredients.

It is sold one way only: through the company's own website, with checkout handled by ClickBank. The charge on your card shows up as "CLICKBANK," not as Phytomem One. The product went on sale in mid-2026, so there is no long track record yet, and you won't find it on Amazon, at Walmart or in GNC.

How it works

The formula takes a "dual defense" approach, with one group of ingredients for each of two ideas from recent brain research.

The first is what the company calls the "Plastic Stranglehold": tiny plastic fragments building up in the brain. That idea comes from a widely reported study. In early 2025, researchers at the University of New Mexico published a paper in Nature Medicine that found microplastics and nanoplastics in brain tissue from people who had died, more of it in 2024 samples than in 2016 samples, and even more in people who had been diagnosed with dementia.

Researchers are still working out what that plastic does to health, and no supplement has been shown to remove it. What the first ingredient group (saffron, fucoxanthin, fucoidan and olive leaf) targets instead is inflammation and oxidative stress, the kind of damage scientists are concerned these particles may add to.

The second is "type 3 diabetes," a research term for the brain becoming less responsive to insulin, which it relies on for fuel and for forming memories. It is a serious research idea rather than an official diagnosis, and the wider link between blood sugar and brain health is well established. Four ingredients (berberine, Ceylon cinnamon, banaba and kudzu flower) cover this side, and berberine in particular has strong human evidence for lowering blood sugar.

Both ideas are explained in more detail on how Phytomem One works.

The 10 ingredients at a glance

The sales page groups the ingredients into three "systems." The table puts each one next to what the published research actually covers.

IngredientWhat the sales page saysWhat the research shows
Saffron extractProtects neurons from microplastic damageSmall human trials in mild Alzheimer's and mild cognitive impairment, at 30 mg a day. Nothing on microplastics.
Fucoxanthin (brown seaweed)Helps grow new neural connectionsAnimal and cell studies only.
Fucoidan (brown seaweed)Clears toxic protein buildupAnimal and cell studies only.
Oleuropein (olive leaf)Supports stable blood sugarOne 12-week trial in overweight men found better insulin sensitivity.
Berberine HClRestores glucose uptake in brain cellsLowers blood sugar in type 2 diabetes at 500 mg three times a day. Memory data is from animals.
Ceylon cinnamonImproves insulin sensitivityModest drop in fasting blood sugar across trials, no clear change in A1c.
Corosolic acid (banaba)Opens glucose "doorways" into cellsA single 10 mg dose lowered blood sugar after a glucose drink in a small study.
Kudzu flowerImproves glucose uptake in brain tissueThe human trial measured belly fat, not the brain.
Morosil (Moro orange)Lowers inflammation and boosts absorption of the restHuman trial was for weight loss. No data on absorption of other ingredients.
XylitolClean fuel without a sugar spikeA sweetener. Most likely there for taste.

The best-supported ingredient here is saffron. A 22-week trial at Tehran University of Medical Sciences gave 30 mg of saffron a day to people with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's and found results similar to the drug donepezil (Akhondzadeh, 2010). It had 54 people in it. A later review pooled four trials and found a benefit, while saying the evidence is too thin for clinical recommendations.

One thing to know: the sales page doesn't list how much of each ingredient is in a tablet, so check the label when your bottle arrives. The full breakdown is on the Phytomem One ingredients page.

Does Phytomem One work?

There is no published trial of Phytomem One as a finished product yet, which is the norm for supplements. The case for it rests on its ingredients, and several of them have solid human research behind them.

What that means for you:

  • If your memory complaints are the everyday kind (names, keys, losing your place in a book), saffron is the ingredient to watch: it has improved memory scores in several small clinical trials.
  • If your blood sugar runs high, the berberine, cinnamon, olive leaf and banaba all have human research for lowering it, and steadier blood sugar is good for the brain over the long run.
  • If memory problems are getting worse, getting in the way of daily life, or other people are noticing them, a supplement is the wrong first step. The National Institute on Aging lists treatable causes, from thyroid problems to medication side effects to low B12, that a doctor can check.

The sales page talks about results "in just a few weeks." I would give any memory supplement the full 60 days of the refund window before deciding, and I'd write down a few specific things to watch at the start (finding words, following conversations, remembering appointments) so you have something to compare against.

Side effects and safety

Most people will feel nothing from a supplement like this, good or bad. The ingredients that matter for safety are the blood sugar ones.

Berberine is the big one. In a well-known diabetes trial, about a third of people taking 500 mg three times a day had stomach upset, mostly temporary (Yin, 2008). It lowers blood sugar on its own and changes how the liver handles some prescription drugs. Add cinnamon, olive leaf and banaba, and you have four ingredients pulling blood sugar in the same direction.

I would skip Phytomem One, or ask a doctor first, if you:

  • take metformin, insulin or any other diabetes medication
  • take a blood thinner such as warfarin, apixaban or daily aspirin (fucoidan has blood-thinning activity in lab studies)
  • take blood pressure medication
  • are pregnant or breastfeeding (berberine is not considered safe in pregnancy)
  • are scheduled for surgery in the next two weeks
  • have a dog in the house that gets into things, because xylitol is toxic to dogs even in small amounts, according to the FDA

The NCCIH page on diabetes and dietary supplements is a good plain-English read if any of this applies to you. The details for each ingredient are on the Phytomem One side effects page.

Price, shipping and the refund fine print

There is no single bottle. You choose between three packs, and every pack comes with three bonus e-books (a diet guide, a "5-minute brain reboot" routine and a caregiver's guide).

The 3-bottle pack is the one I would pick. It covers 90 days, which is longer than the 60-day refund window, and it gets you free shipping. The 6-bottle pack is cheapest per day, but $294 is a lot to put down on a product you haven't tried. Ignore the "savings" figures on the order page, by the way: they are worked out against a $99 list price nobody pays, and even then they don't add up.

The refund policy is better than nothing but stricter than the sales page makes it sound:

  • You have 60 days from the day your order arrives.
  • You must mail back all the bottles you received, opened or not, to a returns warehouse in Largo, Florida.
  • You pay the return postage, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
  • The refund is processed after the package is received and inspected.

Because ClickBank is the retailer, you can also contact them directly through ClickBank's order support site if the company does not answer. Prices, shipping and the full return steps are on the Phytomem One price and refund page.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Saffron, the best-studied ingredient in the formula, has small human trials behind it for memory
  • One tablet a day, no stimulants, no caffeine
  • Berberine, cinnamon, olive leaf and banaba all have human research on blood sugar
  • ClickBank processes the order, so you are buying through a large, established retailer
  • Free US shipping on the 3- and 6-bottle packs, and no subscription

Cons

  • The sales page does not list the dose of each ingredient
  • There is no published study of Phytomem One itself
  • The microplastics research behind the formula is still early
  • No single-bottle option: the smallest order is $158 plus shipping
  • Refunds mean mailing back every bottle at your own cost, minus shipping fees
  • Four ingredients lower blood sugar, which can stack with diabetes medication

Where to buy Phytomem One

Only from the official website. The company says it is not sold anywhere else, and that matches what I found: no Amazon listing from the maker, nothing at Walmart, GNC or CVS.

There are already copycat sites using the Phytomem name, some calling themselves the "official website" with prices in the page title. Before you pay, check the address bar on the checkout page. A genuine order goes through a page on pay.clickbank.net. If the checkout is anywhere else, close the tab. More on this in is Phytomem One legit.

Our verdict

Phytomem One is one of the more thoughtfully built memory formulas sold online. Saffron has real human trials behind it for memory, the blood sugar ingredients are well chosen, and getting both in one daily tablet is the main reason to pick it. Nothing in it stands out as a red flag for a healthy adult who is not on medication.

What stops it short of a perfect score sits around the formula rather than in it. The doses aren't listed on the sales page, the microplastics story goes further than the study it borrows from, and a refund means mailing the bottles back.

If you are curious and in good health, try the 3-bottle pack, track a few specific things, and decide before day 60. If you take diabetes or blood-thinning medication, talk to your doctor first. And if memory problems are new, getting worse or worrying the people around you, see a doctor before buying any supplement. The Alzheimer's Association's 10 warning signs are a good place to start.

Phytomem One FAQ

Is Phytomem One FDA approved?

No. Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA before they are sold. The company is responsible for safety and labeling, and the FDA can act after a product is on the market. The FDA's dietary supplement page explains how this works.

How long does Phytomem One take to work?

The sales page mentions "a few weeks." The saffron trials that showed a benefit ran for 16 to 22 weeks. Give it the full 60 days of the refund window before you judge it.

How do I take Phytomem One?

One tablet a day with food. Taking it with a meal also helps if berberine bothers your stomach.

Is Phytomem One sold on Amazon or at Walmart?

No. It is sold only on the official website, with checkout through ClickBank.

Are there recurring charges?

No. Each order is a one-time payment, according to the company. There is no subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Mail back every bottle you received within 60 days of delivery, and email support@phytomemone.com so they expect it. You pay return postage, and shipping fees are not refunded. If you get no response, contact ClickBank.

Can I take Phytomem One with metformin?

Ask your doctor first. Berberine, cinnamon, olive leaf and banaba all lower blood sugar, and together with metformin they could push it too low.

Who makes Phytomem One?

The sales page does not name a company or a physical address beyond the returns warehouse in Largo, Florida. ClickBank is listed as the retailer.
